On 17th October a small group of Hackers members worked hard at putting together quilt tops for this worthwhile project. We had a busy, efficient production line going whilst enjoying the company and the chat. We really do need all the help we can get with this and members are reminded of the next workshop on 14th November. You are welcome for all or part of the day. Some lovely fabric has been purchased for this using funds raised through our 2011 Exhibition. Hopefully these photographs show, in a small way, how effective these are. Volunteers will soon be needed for quilting and binding, ideal for those unable to attend the workshops but willing to contribute.
