Messenger Bag Requirements

Requirements for the Messenger Bag are as follows:

To make whole bag in one fabric you will need : 1 metre of 44" wide fabric

To make with contrast fabric you will need:

3/4 metre of 44" wide for main exterior fabric.
1/2 metre of 44" wide contrast fabric.

For all combinations you will also need:

1/2 metre of lining fabric (44"wide)
1 1/4 metres of firm interfacing (I used heavy weight fusible vilene)
40" x 5" piece of fusible web (again I used heavy weight fusible vilene
1 magnetic snap
3 big buttons
Thread to match fabrics.
