Requirements:-

Card or similar 2 3/4" x 4 3/4" for making a template

2 pieces of fabric 2 3/4" x 4 3/4"

1 piece of  medium weight iron on interfacing 2 3/4" x 4 3/4"

About 1" of sew on velcro ( both bits)
