Requirements for Pop up thread holder

Cut 1/2" slice of a pringle tube.
Measure the circumference and add 1/2" to this.( Mine was 91/4" plus 1/2" made 9 3/4".)
Now cut out a rectangle from your chosen fabric 8" x (your measurement)" . With RST stitch a 1/4" seam on the short (8") side, press seam open flat.

Now measure the diameter of your pringle ring.
Cut 2 each of the cardboard and wadding slightly smaller than the diameter.(so once covered with fabric will still fit inside your pringle circle)

Now cut 2 circles from your chosen fabric 3/4"larger than your diameter measurement.

Please bring matching thread & hand sewing equipment.

Then we will let the fun begin at the next meeting making them up!
